My family is enjoying the koulourakia very much. Due to the heat, they arrived a bit soggy, so I baked them in my air fryer for 2 minutes at 325° and they turned out crispy. We love the length of the cookie just right for dunking. I requested my order without sesame seeds and there was no problem. I'll order again.
