“A true authentic chimichurri” was the response of the recipient!!! She is a foodie and I saw all the great reviews for Fran’s chimichurri so had it sent to her for her birthday along with an order of Fran’s wonderful Koulourakia cookies, which she also enjoyed. I am sticking with this seller - the other Chimi's on Etsy can't come close to the oil ratio vs seasoning ... this seller has the BEST tasting and a well balance of all ingredients.

I have never had chimichurri before, so I can't compare to other versions, but this one is fantastic. Tried it on a smoked brisket sandwich and they went together perfectly
