Tiropites are another favorite in the Greek kitchen. Made with Greek Feta, ricotta cheese, together with grated kefolotiri, a touch of heavy cream, and eggs, these babies are wrapped up in #7 style phyllo, brushed with butter and baked to perfection!
Use them as a starter before any meal, or as a side dish ~ I like to heat up a few and have them with a salad! A perfect meal!
Each batch yields 2 Dozen triangles.

If you’re looking to order from someone that cares about misleading their customers & acknowledges their own mistakes, do NOT order from this shop. Something important about buying a product is knowing how much of something you’re getting. I was told that one of the tiropites I purchased from this shop was 1.8 oz. I was told they weighed one & to multiply that by 24. I received 20 oz. less than I expected. The seller never owned up to their mistake and apologized for misleading me. They made all kinds of excuses such as the item they weighed was frozen and things weigh more when they are frozen (barely). It’s clear they thought they did nothing wrong. They simply apologized that I was unhappy. They didn’t even say “Sorry, I made you unhappy.” This is the first negative review I’ve written EVER.

Box came with an indentation on one corner, otherwise inside box was packed good. Growing up Greek, I can say these taste nothing like authentic Tiropita. I barely got any taste of feta in these, as that should be main ingredient. The main taste and only taste I picked up was Parmesan cheese. Pretty disappointed with them. They were also on the salty side quite a bit. This is my personal opinion, as a 100% Greek.
