Tiropites are another favorite in the Greek kitchen. Made with Greek Feta, Gouda and ricotta cheeses, mixed together with grated parmigiana cheese, a touch of heavy cream, and eggs, then wrapped up in #4 style phyllo, brushed with butter and baked to perfection!
Use them as a starter before any meal, or as a side dish ~ I like to heat up a few and have them with a salad! A perfect meal!
