With the help of my bread machine and some patience for rising, these are some of the best tasting muffins you’ll ever have. Using unbleached bread flour, skim milk, a small amount of butter and sugar, some water and yeast, they are well worth the wait!!
After rising, they’re cooked on a flat top with cornmeal for that “authentic” flavor, then cooled and wrapped for delivery.
Enjoy them with your favorite breakfast topping, maybe try our Dulce de Leche as a spread, or create a breakfast sandwich that you’ll want every morning!! (I could only eat half!)
